"Obviously the girls first day. Ordered a regular vegetarian burrito bowl (double beans double rice). She gave me one scoop of rice and half a scoop of beans and told me it would be extra for more. Paid $14 for a cold scoop of rice and a bowl filled with lettuce. Hardly any sauce too. Disappointed is an understatement.I support this store regularly but won’t be coming back."
"Doesn’t even deserve the one star. It’s run by children who have no idea what they’re doing and clearly don’t care at all. 4 times we almost walked out. Absolute waste of money, staff are useless, rude and unprofessional. Hands down the worst zambreros I’ve ever been to. To top it off our food was thrown at us over the counter. Thanks champions"
"I recently ate at Zambrero Beldon and had an amazing experience. Their burritos were simply delicious, and the fact that they had plenty of gluten-free options made it even better! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of their takeaway and delivery options available via Uber Eats, the Zam app, and Menulog. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Star Rating: 5/5 stars."
"May because it was a Sunday! Staff don't listen correctly. Another weird thing is that one of tge staff asked us to go back and close an automatic door while tge other one sitting right next to it. The food is average."
"Terrible service, terrible food. Sorry to say as we are a big fan of Zambreros. But disgusted this evening. Restaurant closes at 10pm. We arrived at precisely 9.36pm...and patrons behind us. We ordered meals, 1 nachos and 1 burrito and this is what it looked like. Waited to be acknowledged by staff. Who had already put all the toppings, meats, sauces away. Then ordered food, asked which was least spicy meat and customer service person did not know. Then proceeded to order, without the items in view hard to know what is available. Burrito, asked for beans and slabbed a tiny spoon on from around the back, then chicken, all cold as sitting out asked for everything except onions. Asked for tomato salsa and told none left. Not given jalopenos. So asked for sour cream, smallest amount. And tiniest amount of guacamole and I paid extra of that. As for sauce I watched as the lassy queezed and squeezed the bottle as too lazy to get a new one. And that is what is seemed like, they had put all the food away and too lazy to get it out. So my burrito was basically lettuce, bit of corn and chicken...disappointed, not tasty. Then the nachos, omg...this was terrible, no salsa, we asked for corn for some taste, but basically melted cheese and crackers...had to ask for more sour cream as the lass was scrapping the bowl with none left also. Did not look tasty, and not in the least bit nutritious. Also asked for sauce and was told what was is on the board is what is on offer, the problem being is we had asked for what was on the board and salsa had run our, sour cream was scrapped from the bowl, no jalopenos, no garlic sauce....which results in an over priced under delivered meal. So disappointing as we were so excited about your restaurant opening, but on a Friday night this was a huge let down. And goodness knows how the people behind us managed to get a meal given the lack of products available. Perhaps if food products have run out, be a little bit more humble and apologise, and most importantly let the customer know before ordering. Because had we known we would have simply walked out and not be so disappointed in the fact we paid full price given the lack of fillings and blandness."
