It was a Friday night and the whole team looked extremely busy, Chloe took the time to make sure we got our order and it was super fresh. She understood what had happened and did her very best to make sure we left satisfied customers. Best customer service I have seen in a very long while."

"The place is very dirty, all the rubbish is all around the tables and floor. almost at every table there is rubbish from previous customers. toilets are awful. And my burgers were rushed with more than half the cheese hanging out of the burger. Such poor hygiene and professionalism. staff are not even wearing hair nets let alone have hair properly tied up? what kind of management is this. I don’t usually complain about these things but the experience was so disgusting, eating at a restaurant like this makes my family and I and many more customers not want to come again! Appalling!!"

"This store has a bad reputation, but being close, i wanted to stick with it, but it broke me, I admit it. The trophy for Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst McDonald's in the northern suburbs goes here. I have given this store chance after chance and my friends and family will never come here again. Missing mcmuffins, cold burgers, cold fries, missing fries. Coffee with no actual coffee, just luke warm milk...seriously?. you take it back to be given the exact same thing again. No apology at all for any inconvenience ( which goes a long way and costs nothing). Why are there no standards or customer service here, I wonder? I have sent an email in the past to the head office to have zero response either. What a shower of absolute #@%$, Actually so bad it's laughable. Do yourself a favour, drive to the another one, anywhere and it will be better."
