"We went to dine in at restaurant but customer service was so bad and even though served us rotten food and when we told the lady working there and she went back of the house to check it and came back with another lady to argue. "Did read the negative reviews before visiting bit thought to give it chance and this restaurant did managed to made me write a negative review. Food is below average and service is worst. Waited for 15 mins for a naan and roti. Staff was so incompetent, that they are serving th food but no plates. Its was my first visit, and the staff managed to make it last. Waste of money and time."
"We came all the way from Gold Coast to enjoy Indian snacks. The main issue we had was service. We ordered entree and main separate on the docket, double checked with the staff but still main came first. Which completely ruined our entree’s fun. Even at the end, while paying for the food, we were left unattended. Waiting for the staff to tell yes our card went through or not!! The girl didn’t say thank you or do we need our receipt like nothing!! We wanted to buy sweets but we were so upset that we didn’t buy any. We also worked in a restaurant so we know if you don’t give good customer service, doesn’t matter how amazing the food is, it’s not worth. Sorry to say but not a good experience. Thanks Forgot to mention that a staff brought glasses with her fingers in them like holding 4 glasses on 2 hands, no tray!!"
