"Sadly, my experience with Hungry Jack's Arana Hills has been very mixed. At times, there have been orders that have been mixed up, and the food has been sub-par. On other occasions, the order has been correct, and the food has been quite good. It's a shame, because they are clearly capable of producing good food, but whether due to training issues or staffing levels, quality suffers at times. The dining area is American diner style, and in my opinion, a little tacky and uninviting. I feel it needs a refurbishment to a modern theme. Not many people actually eat in, and I can see why. A far cry from the 1980's when as a teenager I would often walk into a busy restaurant. Anyway, I wish them all the best."

"They charge me for a burger around 12aud having NOTHING inside. The manager could not be able to deal about replacement or refund. Poor person. The manager was just a stutterer and couldn't wait to not take responsibility and blamed the driver instead (who has nothing to do). Please Hungry Jack, improve your business and send back home people like that. This is ridiculous"

"Today I bought a double cheeseburger meal from Hungry jacks at Arana Hills and when I opened my meal I was surprised with a very unsatisfactory burger. I took the burger back only to be laughed at by the staff, I then asked to speak to the manager and was treated with the same attitude and felt I was being ridiculed for my ethnicity. I asked them if they were being racist towards me and the manager smirked and said there was nothing they could do for me as there was no burger bread left in all of Brisbane. I'm not sure why they did not just tell me this when I ordered my meal in the first place. I wasn't offered any solution and was sent away. I chucked the burger in the bin as it looked like it had been tampered with before I had even touched it. I'm not even that concerned about the burger but the way I was made to feel the awful treatment I was given when asking what had happened to my burger. what do you think?any people who ordered from the shop who had the same situation as me?"
