"Used to be great but as of the last 6 months or so they've been terrible about missing items from orders. Potato and gravy in particular never seems to be given anymore, despite being part of the meal. It's happened so often I have to believe its intentional. One time I ordered chicken, and they only told me at the receiving window that there was a 20min wait on chicken. No complaints about quality of food otherwise, just need to sort out the drive through."
"If you want food, give them time after 10 for them to show up and cook because they won't even be there on opening. Always check your order because 6-7/10 times they either get the order wrong or you need to wait ages for them to make more of whatever they ran out of."
"Every time we go here they mess up the order. Last night after messing up the order, what they replaced it with looked like it had potentially been tampered with out of spite and we had to throw all the meals out. I usually ask for a Zinger burger without lettuce, but with a slice of cheese. I pay extra for the slice of cheese and I usually get given a standard Zinger with lettuce. Last night after taking this back, they then replaced the other two zingers burgers in the meals with ones that had a suspect looking grey sauce"
