"Terrible staff. Never had a respect on delivery drivers who are waiting for your customer's deliveries. Waited more than 25 minutes staff never bothered even many times attempted to talk to these girls . They don't have simple simple of concern. Remember you are serving KFC image to the public . Please consider more concerns at the recruitment process . Not just making food . Customer service is most important . They dont have a TV screen to find out the progress of orders. Staff has a terrible negative attitude. YOU ARE DAMAGING THE KFC IMAGE IN THE PUBLIC"
"Originally, I had avoided coming here as I wasn’t too happy with the service. On coming back recently it had made a huge turnaround. Although it was busy and there was some what of a wait, it was completely understandable given it was peak hour. The food delivery pickups don’t make it easier either, and they tend to walk in and stand around impatiently, which disrupts the natural walk-in flow. Regardless, while I was at this visit I had also experienced a quite angry customer who walked in wanting a refund without having no real actual proof of even making an order. The manager though handled situation fabulously. Overall, I think the team here so the best job they can given the shear amount of people walking in, so good work KFC Redbank!"
"Waited for 15 minutes to get served. Then waited 45 minutes for "fast food". Only to discover on the drive home our 15 pieces of chicken were ALL wings, the nuggets and chips tasted like soap. Tried to call the store (6 times) to make the aware and no answer. Emailed KFC and still no response back after 3 days. The lack of worth ethic and waiting time was making us contemplate cancelling our order.... hind sight, we wished we did. We will never go back."
