"Do not care. Made me wait 10 days for an appointment when i desperately needed help. Then totally botched up my appointment telling the psychologist a differebt time for my session to the time they advised. Then the only remedy was to wait another 10 days. Well too late!"

The issue of who I worked for was never raised and had no impact on the service I received. I'm sure that as with many organisations the results can depend on who you see."
"I visited a Benestar therapist for five sessions total (eg., approaching the maximum provided by my organization). I found the therapy somewhat useful, yet simultaneously vapid. In sum, my therapist was excellent at providing repetitive, work-related, behavioral advice. Yet, in spite of all my attempts to do so, he wouldn’t engage in any related (albeit relevant topics). Thus, I suggest engaging in this service, contingent on your awareness that it’s likely oriented to your employer’s needs. Best of luck :)"
