"The lady who answered my call today was the nicest receptionist in history! So super helpful & empathetic. Thank you"
"Mary and her team are very professional and empathetic. I had best experience with them. Mary has helped me and my children through some of the darkest times of our lives. She never judged me and I loved it how she could relate to my life situation. Mary 's therapy is unique as she does't beat around the bush, she provide excellent guidance to help you to move forward. I highly recommend Mary and her team to anyone as they are a patient centred practice that tailor therapy to meet the needs of their individual clients. Mary has changed mine & my children's life and I can't say enough good things about her and her wonderful team. Kim"
"Have had an unbelievably positive and helpful experience. Have and will continue to recommend Mary and her team to everyone. Especially through covid they have made the experience of transitioning from in person to online really easy."
"Terrible experience with this practice. Funding was cut for my treatment due to principal psychologist Mary Krishnan-McKenzie's lack of compliance with supplying and submitting mandatory clinical notes to an outside organisation to whom she was then contracted. This was despite being contacted several times to attend to this by the outside organisation, which spanned a period of close to 12 months. No accountability or apology given as Mary stated her lack of compliance was due to the outside organisation's 'stupid system'. Mary's webpage also advertises substance abuse/addictions are treated via EMDR etc. Frequent cigarette breaks were taken by Mary, which I found impacting especially after giving feedback to her around my own respiratory issues and the very obvious smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Poor experience too with Amanda Plunkett, whom my teenaged daughter saw. Despite being asked and reminded during every session with Amanda about arranging psychometric testing for my daughter, Amanda did nothing. This resulted in Reflections Psychology taking SIX MONTHS to complete testing. When questioned as to why, Amanda gave 3 different excuses. When the testing and subsequent report were finally completed by one of the provisional psychologists (who always conducted herself with complete professionalism), Amanda would not even read the report, again citing different excuses which did not make any sense. I felt I needed to invite Amanda to participate in my daughter’s treatment, even though Amanda was her then treating psychologist. Delay in testing/report cost my daughter 2 school terms worth of adjustments that could have been made to her learning. Two very disappointing experiences from two psychologists (Mary and Amanda), who seem to know how to ‘talk the talk’, but then do not follow through with their actions. I am at a loss to understand how a psychology practice can seemingly treat their clients with such little regard."
"Reflections psych services are extremely helpful and Ms Lomas was easy to talk to and helped me to better understand my situation and move forward without the usual issues I have experienced in the past. Very grateful and looking forward to what the future holds."
