"I really like the clinic, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. clean and pleasant environment, easy parking, I have always been very well attended, the employees and manager are friendly and attentive, especially the employee Maria who does my hair removal sessions with great professionalism, punctuality and is a lovely and charismatic person! She recommended me some products sold at the clinic and I am using them and loving the results. I had a Botox session with Nurse Maddy and I loved it, she was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. She has a super light hand, I felt no pain! "I had a voucher I purchased when there was a sale on with Laser Clinics and I chose Toowong as I find it easy to park there, no other reason as I'd only been to the city clinic. Maddie the Nurse who provided my treatment discussed what my requirements were and we decided it was best to go with the PDO Threads instead of the initial skin needling. So she honoured my voucher and moved it to another treatment and advised why it would be more beneficial and cost saving. Maddie was professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The treatment worked well and I was very happy with my experience there. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I know I've only been once but it was enough to ensure I would like to go back.
