"Why do they advertise they are open until 10, when I was refused service at 9:35 tonight? Hate going here only because it depends on the staff working at the time. Some nights the staff are friendly and will accomodate and serve you at 9:55, and other nights they don't give a hoot, just want to go home and tell you they are closed, don't seem to care that you've made the effort to drive out to their store."

"Food is okay, as it's pretty much standard. Service is generally atrocious as the staff spend more time giggling and chatting than serving. They also play music way to loud, so that you can barely gone your order."
"Appalling, manager was swearing and seemed to be eating... got home to find my meal to be cold and the wing and skin completely missing from the particular wing section I asked for and then the chicken was so dry I could barely swollow it. Contacted the manager not helpful at all made all sorts of ridiculous reasonings, I will be contacting head office how this store passes health department requirements is beyond me."
