"Firstly I don't want to slam grill'd as it's a welcoming addition to cannon hill, but I think you should evaluate your strategy. We understand wages are high and all prices have gone up but from the minute you make doordash a priority over sitting customers, makes me wonder ok they are more important than me waiting here vs someone waiting at home etc. Now I understand that might not be your intention but the big one is what's happening with the food, I mean you can hire young kids and pay them less but please hire a good cook so you can be consistently good. We are hoping that our next visit will be better."
