"Liar! Avoid Medibank! I normally dont comment stores on the Google but this time. I switched to Medibank from Bupa in March, their staff S***** offered me 10-weeks free, but I eventually only got 6-weeks free. I was travelling overseas when I found this issue, I have had called S***** a couple of times, left voice messages, and email her, I had tried every way I could think of, but I was unable to reach out her. Obviously, she ignored all my emails and calls. She certainly was aware that I was trying so hard to reach out to her, but she just simply ignored all my emails, messages, and calls. I had also called the store, left my name and contact, nobody came back to me. An Email sent to the store manager A******, no response. What a terrible business, it is ridicules. I have been living in Australia for years, I never had such terrible experience before. I was shocked. Well done S***** and Medibank, you eared the bonus but you ruined your reputation seriously!"
