"It was my worse experience to attend this Laser clinic Garden city. The girl who done my procedure seems very untrained. As I already took six sitting before with Australian skin clinic . I was able to see the difference. She done my full legs brazzlian and under arms is so rush to attend next customer even I was there early. I asked her she didn’t touch the machine every where on my legs. Won’t recommend not worth of money."

"A huge shoutout to Kiona :) she is just amazing. I had 6 sessions of facial hair removal from different ladies at this clinic, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. However, after taking sessions from Kiona, I noticed a dramatic change in the facial hair. Now, I am getting laser sessions on my arms and legs as well (and adding more areas), and I am noticing incredible results. A big thanks to Kiona for making me feel so much more confident in myself. She actually spends time on you, making sure she don’t skip any area and she never rushed the sessions with me (even when I have longer ones now). I enjoyed every single session with her, she is a great communicator, and an asset to this clinic. Her customer service skills are just perfect. And she is really good at her job. I will definitely recommend her to everyone."

"Firstly, the receptionist was lovely and was a kind way to walk into the store. The issue arose when I saw the injector for a consult and top up. Firstly, she had an elitist demeanour and when she read over my notes from my injector in Melbourne (I recently moved) she was judgemental and scoffing at my experienced injectors methods. My injector in Melbourne was hugely experienced and had managed my migraines and fine lines for years. I decided I would do a small top up, as per the method my injector previously used, reluctantly she would prepared for the procedure. Then she asked if I had any changes or vaccinations in the past 6 weeks, to which I said I had a tetanus booster 2 weeks ago. She then said they had contraindications and she wouldn’t preform the top up. Well, my GP and my previous injector had absolutely no issues with vaccinations before or after dysport and based on basic medical knowledge or research you will find it is perfectly safe to have dysport after any vaccination, including tetanus. She then discouraged me from rebooking another time as she said she charges at booking and I can’t cancel on her. I never would have cancelled an appointment but I certainly will never book with such a horrible and inexperienced injector. She needs to have some more training, both medically and in regards to customer service."
