Welcome to the USQ Sport and Exercise Clinic, located at 11 Salisbury Road in Ipswich, Australia. As an establishment focused on health and well-being, we strive to provide ongoing care for patients with chronic and complex health conditions who are unable to afford private exercise physiology services. We also offer our services to patients who have exhausted publicly funded options within the hospital system.

Operated by the School of Health and Medical Sciences at the University of Southern Queensland's Ipswich Campus, our clinic offers a range of services including assessment, exercise prescription, and education for individuals and groups. These services are provided by Sport and Exercise students as part of their degree practicum requirements, under the supervision of experienced and accredited Exercise Physiologists.

At the USQ Sport and Exercise Clinic, we offer high-quality, evidence-based services at affordable prices for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages in the community. Our clinic provides assessment, consultations, education, and group exercise for a variety of health issues. We understand the importance of monitoring progression and independence, which is why we require regular reviews every 8 to 12 weeks for clients participating in group sessions. Clients who are clinically stable and able to exercise independently will be referred to a suitable local community gym or provided with tailored home programs, or a combination of both.

We are available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and welcome referrals from all sources, including self-referrals. Referrals should be addressed to the Clinic Manager at the UniSQ Sport and Exercise Clinic at the University of Southern Queensland.

Our clinic is located in Building C at UniSQ Ipswich, and parking is available for patients in car park 1. We ensure that our clinic and access to it is disabled-friendly, with disabled parking and ramps nearby. For those using public transport, bus 515 from Yamanto and Brassall provides easy access to our clinic.
