"This hospital is the worst!! The ratings need to have zero stars!! I presented my 3yr old to emergency as he had shortness of breath and was breathing very fast along with a high temp the Asian male nurse was extremely rude as I tried to tell him my son needs to be seen as he could not breath he did not access him he could clearly see he was struggling and did not care he told we had to sit and wait minimum 3 hours absolutely disgusting! i left immediately and I am so glad I did I drove all the way to the children’s hospital in the city in the state he was doctors seen him straight away and told me i brought him just in time literally he’s was in a very bad state thank god for QLD children’s hospital I will definitely be pushing this to the health department and the news aswell. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!"

"Just had a toe amputation on Wednesday. I was very impressed with all the staff in the Operating Room . The nurses , Anaesthetists and Surgeons were very efficient and kept me completely informed on the whole procedure. The fact that they were removing my toe was made all the better by their feelings and their approach to me. Congratulations for a job well done."
"If I could give zero I would. Avoid if possible. We requested that the ambulance NOT send us to Ipswich hospital as they got close to killing my partner some years ago. Ambulance called at 5.17pm. Still waiting at 3.30am to see a doctor. And the doctors are too busy..... have politely requested to see a Dr for the past 5+ hours. All requests denied. Patient exhibiting signs of serious time critical medical event, similar to previous severe life limiting medical events. Staff doing their best I'm told. And i believe so. Truly upsetting. So please avoid. There's no capacity for timely medical treatment."
