"Cantankerous security/greeter man working today at 2:37pm. Why do I know the exact time? I was rushing in for my 2:40 appointment as my building's lift broke down on the way. Then this staff member had the audacity to tell me I'm late. Maybe teach your staff to do basic math or check a watch, as the rest of the world would consider that three minutes EARLY. A machine could do his job (and better). Pity, because the rest of the staff were lovely and efficient. I was in and out in fifteen minutes."
"called 131881 to enquire about my parents' visa on 14/06/2023. Nicole is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in retail industry so understand dealing with customer enquiry can be demanding, but please keep your professionalism and a good attitude to your customer."
