"I am extremely disappointed with the quality of management and care provided by this childcare center. My experience has been marked by disorganization and a lack of attention to the well-being of the children. On a daily basis, I pick up my child from the center without any knowledge of what activities or learning experiences they have been engaged in throughout the day. This lack of communication is deeply concerning, as parents deserve to be informed about their child's daily routine and development. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that my child had sustained an injury on one occasion. Upon inquiring about the incident with the educator responsible, I was met with indifference and an astonishing claim that they had not witnessed the incident. To make matters worse, there was no incident report filed to document the incident or their response to it. Such a negligent and careless attitude towards the safety and well-being of the children is absolutely unacceptable. In addition to these concerns, I have also experienced issues with billing accuracy. It is essential to carefully review your invoices, as the center has been known to make mistakes in their calculations, potentially resulting in overcharging. Overall, my experience with this childcare center has been frustrating and disheartening. The lack of proper management, communication, and accountability seriously undermines the trust parents place in such facilities. I strongly advise parents to thoroughly investigate alternatives before considering enrolling their children in this center. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for the center to reflect on and rectify the serious issues I have raised. Childcare is an essential service that demands a high level of responsibility and professionalism, qualities that unfortunately seem to be lacking in this establishment."

"Such a great centre. You can tell all the staff are really happy and love working here and love the kids. Genuine care. Well run and a great community. Plus it’s beautifully presented with excellent quality toys and play areas/equipment. I feel so happy knowing my son is being looked after and educated so well here every day. My daughter looked around for weeks before coming to Edge and it was the best decision she for her family. The staff are friendly and willing to help and support with your child journey and create activities for your little one to enjoy. "My little girl has been in care at Edge South Brisbane since she was 6 months old (currently 15mo) and in that time she has flourished under the care and attention by the entire team. As soon as we walk into her room of a morning we have an educator greeting us making us both feel welcome and included. The education program changes every term with a new big idea in place so she is always learning and being taught new things. I feel very happy leaving her for the day knowing she is in safe loving hands."
