"Worst experience!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! We had Corey come out for a measure and quote in Oct for carpeting in 2 rooms, with Install mid Nov, Install team went to wrong address initially then during the install process advised the measure was incorrect and did not allow for large wardrobe & also they did not provide the correct caping colour although it was on initial paperwork. The rooms were left in a terrible state! Although I heard a vacuum running no actual cleaning was completed the carpet trimmings/fibres were left everywhere including up and down the hall to the rooms, 3x razor blades were found on ground and on sill (very lucky my child did not find them!!) dirty hand prints were left all over walls/doors and scratches on walls! When this was communicated to office & photos provided they assured me the carpet & caping had now been ordered and will organise asap to finalise job, 2 weeks today and no contact even though invoice has been sent through twice for remaining 50% to be paid!! No discount or reduction in invoice noted as yet, with 90 mins of my time spent cleaning afterwards!! *update - contacted 28/11 to complete job, 29/11 wardrobe & capping now completed well, asked & received discount for inconvenience & poor install experience*"

"Pretty disappointing experience. They were the most expensive quote, but service and quality of work was average at best. They almost never responded to emails. I had to continually follow up or call them to get any kind of response. The contractor they employed to actually do the work was not very good. We were originally told installation would take 1 day, but it ended up taking 4 days. We would arrange a time for him to come in the morning, but he would turn up hours late with no notification or explanation. The contractor had to fill some chips in the concrete from where tiles were removed. Whatever was used to fill the void has shrunk leaving noticeable movement in the floor (hybrid vinyl flooring plank) in a high traffic area. The scotia in many places was not well secured to the wall. The nails did not penetrate the skirting board, but instead the void below the skirting board. Further, the nail heads were not flush or countersunk but in many cases were left protruding by 1 or 2 mm. Large spaces were left between the door jamb and the hybrid flooring. When I asked if they would be filled I was told that I could fill it with some no more gaps if I wanted. The hybrid flooring laid inside the wardrobes was not cut straight. It looks like they pieced together some offcuts but didn’t bother to straighten the edge. There is a 1 cm gap along one edge that looks like it was cut with a machete."
