"Great experience. Two different members of staff helped save a particular item for me so I could collect it later. Exactly what I needed for my son. Connor was very helpful. Guided and directed me with my purchase to be sure it was the item I needed. Having some basic information on the item helped. But the staff have to be across so many huge numbers of different stock, they are doing their best and that was impressive from this team. Well done guys. Went WAY out of his way for both myself (helped me with my many annoying questions about war hammers and pain etc) and another customer I saw today just before me. "We called today prior to coming in, as we wanted something put aside for us. We were behind a couple who were being served but the cashier didn't know how to use the register and after a good 10 minutes, finally we were served. Frustrated, but we understand this happens. Well the product they had put aside for us apparently wouldn't scan on the register. The woman serving us once again had trouble with the register and twice called for assistance. Eventually, with a bunch more people waiting to be served, Connor (another employee) strolled casually up from out back somewhere with a banana in his mouth. Whilst the woman served others, he proceeded to enter our unscannable item into the register, all the while munching on his banana. I thought this was extremely unprofessional, especially when he was asked a question and mumbled the answer with the banana FULLY IN HIS MOUTH!! It was right out of an episode of Candid Camera. Never have I experienced such laughable service. Definitely has put us off shopping there. Please employ people who really want to work, because these two definitely did not!!"
