"Whilst travelling I stopped by ESQ for a hair and beard appointment with Gianni. He did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the cut. Explained why he would make certain recommendations and executed on it brilliantly - particularly impressed with the quality of the cut throat shave which did not aggravate my skin. Couldn’t recommend more highly - just a shame I live 10,000 miles away!"

"I have extremely sensitive skin (medication side effects) making a good shave difficult. Jordan absolutely nailed the length, shape and style despite my obscure hair growth pattern. Gentle on the skin, fire on the face. I've not found anywhere in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane that have hit all the marks the way he did. Won't be going anywhere else."

"I went in for a very easy haircut. I wanted my hair to be cleaned up on the side and for a little bit to be taken off the top, a typical short back and sides. The barber who gave me my haircut was a trainee and when he asked me if I wanted my hair to be tapered, I said no, but when I saw the end result he had gone against my wishes. My haircut unfortunately looked like a bowel had been used and was cut around it. He also cut the top unevenly and missed out many places with a few places sticking out. My fringe was also messed up with him shaving parts of it. My sideburns were not even as well. I paid as I was in a rush and went elsewhere to have my hair fixed. I returned to ask if a refund would be possibly as I believe $50 was a lot for a botched job by a trainee. I was told that this was not possible and that I should have asked one of the other employees to fix my hair but when I had made it clear my discontent no offer was made by any other barber to fix it and this offer was only extended after I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. It was an amicable experience and we were cordial and polite with one another but I would not recommend a haircut based off my experience."

It’s me saying that when you wanna have an excellent haircut don’t waste your time looking for a good barber. I’m telling you, Ron is who you are looking for. He is very professional and he is also perfectionist. His approach is what I was expecting. He carefully listened to me, suggested few things. Depending on my head and face shape, texture of my hair, previous hairstyle, he actually created a new look which is perfect for me. Thank you so much. Recommended 100%"
