"I've tried this place twice and both times have been a terrible experience. The first time I went I got their "brow maintenance" service. The staff member didn't ask me a single question about what I wanted and proceeded to wax off half my eye brows. When I commented on this she just said "your brows were very bushy" which is extremely rude and shows not only a lack of skill in the service provided but also a complete lack of customer service. The second time I went I just got the "brow tidy" service. I informed the staff member I had brow pencil and gel in my brows and asked if she need to clean that before waxing. She said no because my brows are already "very thin". Once again, a very rude remark and completely irrelevant to the question I asked. She then proceeded to spend all of 2 minutes on my brows. When I got home and cleaned my brows I could see that there were several hairs missed which she would have seen had she cleaned my brows as requested. I will also add that this place is unsanitary and the staff will handle cash and not wash their hands before touching your face and the wax. They also don't use wax strips so instead of removing the wax in one swift motion, they will pick it off in several failed attempts before removing it completely. In response to the owner: Your reply just confirms everything I stated. During my first visit I explained very calmly that I was not happy with the shape of the brow and felt too much had been taken off and I would have appreciated if she had consulted with me prior to the service. With too much already removed, there's nothing that can be done until the brows grow back in. I decided to give your business a second chance yesterday and I clearly saw the staff handle cash and then not sanitise before touching my face. In neither of my visits was I rude to the staff but both times I was insulted (by two seperate staff). I would advise you and your team to get some training in dealing with customer conflicts because your response is extremely childish."

"I went there for getting my eyebrows done with thread! She just scraped my skin on eyelids. Not at all good. It seems they really don’t know how to use thread. I got really bad scars on my face, on my eyelids and between my eyebrow too."
