"We've been coming here for a couple of years. My dog is a rescue and she gets anxious so one of us normally waits outside while the other one checks to see if the coast is clear before coming in. If not, one of us will wait outside til we are called in for the appointment. On the last occassion I made this information known. The receptionist was very accommodating and organised for us to wait in the room for the vet rather than the main waiting area. We had booked in for the annual vaccination. I appreciated how the vet took her time to explain things to us, didn't assume we knew, and also gave us tips on diet and brushing teeth. Our dog is funny about eating things directly from our hands. She must've had a good experience because she ate a treat out of the vet's hand after she got a needle! I forgot to bring in the vaccination booklet with me but they were really good about it and held on to the stickers for us til we were able to pop back in again. This has got to be the best experience we've had here so far."
"Always comfortable here. Vet knows knows animals, and is able to give it to us straight. Does the job, quickly and affordably"
"One star not even- wanting to give my poor cat the best end of life that he could have. Appalling service! Took my loved cat boy Eddie for euthanasia there and this was the most terrible experience I've ever had in my life. The vet nurse could not find a vein they thought they had the vein the pool little cat got a tiny bit of sleepy juice before the vein blew and then the non speaking vet came in took several jabs to try and find a vein and then at this point my beloved boy was half out of it (too late to remove him from the situation) this was something that I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing and this was the most horrific experience I've ever had in my life- After he had passed we got to spend some time with him however the nurses rushed us out of the hospital to get us away. Not a great experience do not take Ur beloved animals there. It's been quite a long time and have not been able to think about it till now."
"Finding a new vet for your fur baby is hard, but i have found one. Happy fur baby, happy mum. Good prices too, especially on my boys medication."
