"The most amazing and genuinely caring vet practice I've ever been to. The care of the animals is 100% amazing, the support and care for animals who have passed is beyond incredible, the easy organisation of the cremation, the heart felt card they sent out with a beautiful message and fur clipping and paw print ink made me tear up in happiness. Thankyou for being such an incredible service."
"My puppy was sick and the vet cared more about puppy cuddles than helping me get an antibiotic or any other medicine. I followed the vets instructions and my puppy didn't get any better and all the vet could mention in the visit was they don't know. I asked for tests to be done and was told it wasnt needed. Went to another vet and they did tests and i paid the same price as wellpets final invoice and found out what it was instantly and found a medicine that has been helping him. Will not be returning with any of my animals"
"LOVE these guys and so do our fur babies. The only vet where my 14 yo jack x doesn't shake with nerves. Dr Emma and Dr Dee are the best! All our fur babies run to them when they see them because they are so wonderful with them! And their nursing team is top notch too!"
"So really peeved, entire family affected. They offered paw prints of our family member that had to be put down. Posted it normal cheap no way to track, not registered post, not express where something so important could be tracked. Could of called us to let us know it was there to pickup and of course it was lost. We now do not have that momentum of our family member that was going to be placed on a nice walnut wood stand we had made with her collar to remember her by. Entire family is upset, this is not just loosing a letter or postcard. This was a memento of our family member. Will never use these vets again for our other pets. The attitude from people who are supposed to care is terrible, we posted it cheap way and it got lost bad luck. Why would i trust them with my other pets, why would you!"
