Welcome to Myhealth Point Cook! Located at Point Cook, Sneydes Road, 229, we are a doctor's establishment that offers a wide range of health services. As a trusted hospital and point of interest in the community, we strive to provide exceptional care to all our patients.
Starting from November 2023, we will be implementing important changes to our billing policy. We have carefully decided to introduce Private Mixed billing for all consultations from Monday to Saturday. While some patients will still be bulk-billed or eligible for a concession fee, telehealth consultations will now be privately billed with prepayment required.
From the 9th of January 2023, Myhealth Point Cook will be moving to Private Mixed Billing all day from Mondays to Saturdays. However, patients below 16 years old and over 65 years old, as well as holders of Pensioner Concession Cards and Healthcare cards, will continue to be bulk-billed.
We also offer bulk billing for DVA White card holders who have mental health conditions, cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, or are current or former Australian Defence Force members with a service-related injury.
At our clinic, patients are required to pay the full amount of their consultation, which includes the rebate rate and out-of-pocket costs. We provide invoices and receipts for claiming purposes.
If you are planning to travel, we recommend booking an appointment with our doctor and nurse at least 4 weeks before your travel date. This will ensure you have enough time to get your prescriptions and travel vaccines from the chemist. Please note that some chemists may be running low on travel vaccines.
Patients who have not visited our clinic in the past 2 years will incur a prepayment fee of $81.20, which consists of a Medicare rebate of $41.20 and out-of-pocket costs of $40.
As a Private Mixed Billing medical centre, we also offer Yellow Fever vaccinations. Additionally, we are extending our hours of operation to include Sundays, although the exact commencement date is yet to be confirmed.
For your convenience, we accept online bookings. If you require an iron infusion, simply book a standard consultation with any of our doctors to receive a prescription. Please note that a fee of $200 (Medicare rebate of $76.95) is required upon booking the iron infusion appointment.
We are committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients, and as a Private Billing Practice, all patients are charged a fee for consultations. At the end of your consultation, the full consultation fee will be charged to your credit or debit card. We will then process your Medicare rebate electronically, which should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.

"I just got my flu vaccine today. And they charged me $60 in total with the doctor consultation fee included evn doctor didn't see me in his room the nurse just gave me the injection. Even though i call them yesterday in the clinic and made sure via the receptionist that how much they are going to charge me in total and she said only $20 . And today they charge me $40 for consultation that didn't happen and for the injection $20. That is not fair for people who are working so hard. I would have done it from outside they only charge $20 from outside no consultation fee nothing but they made sure on the phone yesterday that they are not going to charde me the consultation fee. But they charged me today. May be thay don't have proper knowledge and they don't have communication with their own staff. It is just ridiculous experience.for me"
"Worst medical centre when it comes to centre management and appointment waiting time. Almost every appointment for us in the last year has been delayed by 45 mins and the frustrating part is when raised as a concern the reception response was that every medical centre is that way and they can’t do anything. They don’t have the basic courtesy to inform patients if they are running late. You would be lucky to connect to their reception if you want to enquire abt any delays in advance. Not sure why I should be paying out of pocket gap fee for this centre. Better to find another clinic where at least you will have some assurance of on time appointment for any urgent matters and can plan your day accordingly. P.S This rating is not against the doctors. There are some really good doctors and hence the reason for putting up with this centre for the last year. Not anymore."
"5 stars for Dr Angel -- BEST GP ever!! I've been seeing Dr. Angel for several years now, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best GP I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand. Plus, she's really thorough during my exams and always follows up with me after my appointments to make sure everything's good. Overall, I'm so glad I found such a caring and awesome GP. I'd totally recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who knows their stuff and makes you feel like a valued patient."
"Very grateful for the kindness & high standard of care my wife & I receive from Dr Khan. He is pleasant, thorough & takes the time to explain things fully The clinic is modern & the waiting area spacious & comfortable. As in any practice delays occur at times but usually we're seen in a timely manner Staff are pleasant & efficient but I would like the mask mandate for patients enforced more consistently. Also, Reception staff need to set a good example by wearing masks &/or wearing them correctly"
"Very good online app to book an appointment but in case of emergency they open booking for 6 to 8 appointments every day as all bookings are full for one week. Specifically, we recommend Dr Parul Solanki as her diagnosis is very good and also a very good listener. Super se Upper wala all facilities but now it's mix billing so bit less advantage for PR/ Cityzens We visited as a tourist and got immediate relief and help from her."
