"Absolute waste of time staff. Pathetic excuse for customer service. Front reception need more training as they don't know how to properly deal with escalations especially when it leaves a customer not having a medical cert to be paid the day prior for work. Also doctors, calling up and yelling at patients. Not cool at all. Never going back to this clinic."

"Waited for more than 2 hours still front desk was not answering anything. Very careless attitude towards patient. Few gp are good. You will make an appointment then wait more than 1 hr past your appointment time and no apologies made . Happened multiple times. The reception staff are some of the rudest and uncaring staff I have ever come across."

"Watch out for Dr abu Ahmed. He is the most incompetent doctor I’ve come across and I question whether he’s actually a qualified medical professional. I was 34 weeks pregnant had been coughing for 3 weeks and saw him as my regular doctor was away. He prescribed me antibiotics. I saw him a week later as I was struggling to breath and the cough was getting worse - he criticised me for taking antibiotics saying that it’s a viral infection and antibiotics are no help (seemingly forgetting that he was the one that prescribed them to begin with), ignored anything I was saying and repeatedly said to just take honey and lemon. I ended up seeing another doctor and turns out I had Covid and pneumonia and was hospitalised (due to the whole not being able to breath thing which it turns out is a big deal). If I’d continued listening to Abu Ahmed, my newborn daughter and I would have probably died."

"Great doctors, truly horrible wait times. Today i waited over 65 minutes for an appointment booking. (Not the first time) I asked 2 times what was going on and was told doctors hate being contacted so the desk wouldnt ask whats happening. Absolute disrgard for time management or enforcement of this for doctors at this office and that appears to be the way they like it i guess since it has always been like this. (Why offer long consult bookings if people can just do this anyways and take up other peoples time, doctors should advise they have used their time and must book a long consult if required.) This was then followed by a completely unexplained 30+ minute wait for a blood test where no numbers were called for 20+ minutes. Is it that time consuming to take the samples and move to the next person?"

"I called to see if I could make an appointment as I have struggled with uti’s my whole life and I needed to see a doctor immediately for a script. When I called the receptionist she was absolutely horrible to me as she said I haven’t been to this doctors centre since 2018 and I need to fork out $100 just to make an appointment. On top of that I would also need to pay for the script it’s self which is expected. I’ve been going here since I was little and I’m absolutely appalled. As a 19 year old that was seeking medical help and the only option this woman gave me was to look else where. Horrible service, horrible waiting times and absolutely horrible support. Do not waste your time."
