Welcome to South Eastern Play & Creative Therapies, located in Officer, Victoria. We are an establishment dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing play and expressive arts-based practice. Our team of independent Play Therapists and Creative Arts Therapists are committed to helping children express their deepest feelings and emotions through the power of play.

Play is the highest form of expression for children, allowing them to communicate and process their thoughts and experiences. We believe that children have the innate capacity to resolve their own problems and direct their journey to healing, growth, and development. Our therapists have undergone extensive training and hold qualifications in play therapy or creative arts therapy, as well as additional qualifications in social work, family therapy, and education.

If your child finds it difficult to express their feelings, struggles with concentration or easily becomes upset and angry, our therapists can help. Through Art Therapy, we support the expression of feelings, thoughts, and experiences using the creative process of art making, improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Family Play Therapy is another program we offer to help families flourish and overcome challenges. We offer different programs, including Filial Therapy and Theraplay®, tailored to meet your family's specific needs.

In addition, we provide parent education and support programs to enhance and strengthen the relationship with your child. Our range of group programs for children and young people focuses on emotional and social skill development through play and creative expression.
