"Went in today for my dating scan, very disappointed with the service. I have numerous friends also pregnant who went elsewhere and were provided a much better experience. This is my first pregnancy and nothing was explained. I got to listen to the heart beat for 3 seconds if that and wasn’t told if it was beating at a normal rate or not. Was an extremely rushed experience. During these tough times where your partner can’t be there to experience it all with you, you’d think some more compassion would be shown."
"Where to start hairs in 2 out of 3 of my drinks, the man controlling the ct machine (same person who handed me my drinks) raising his voice and pointing and saying one thing then another acting like a child could barely understand one word he said while he was having his tantrum because the machine was playing up, also gave a little nudge with his hand for no reason while walking to the room with the ct scan. Was only after I complained I dealt with the manager or supervisor, they where nice so was the nurse who gave me the contrast injection. But that one guy needs to be trained better not fired just trained how to interact and communicate with people better."
