Currently serving the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas, Left and Right Counselling offers a tailored therapy service for both youth and adults based on their ongoing needs. Our approach includes various theories and modalities such as existential counselling, grief and bereavement counselling, gestalt therapy, psychodynamic theory, positive psychology, alcohol and other drug counselling, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Our youth service caters to clients aged 12 to 25, recognizing that 75% of mental health issues may develop before the age of 25. Early intervention plays a crucial role in shaping a young person's mental and emotional well-being into adulthood.

For adults aged 25 and over, we provide a paid counselling service that offers professional support and guidance to foster overall well-being. Our experienced counsellors are equipped to help resolve issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and more.
