I cant say enough about Dr Thoppil he is a credit to his profession finally a doctor who is thorough and helped me with my psoriasis flare up even contacting my specialist to discuss treatment. "After years seeing doctor at clinic then I went in after Christmas and my normal doctor wasn't available so I had to see someone else then after they sent me a bill for $50 mind you I'm on a health care card and I was informed they are starting charge low income workers I know after medical rebate it's only around $15 but I still think it's a bit rich to start charging low income families when it has allways be balk bill. Angered not going back ill move my medical needs elsewhere."
"I walked in for a very simple treatment where I was seen by a doctor for under 5 mins where I got told what I already suspected. I was then charged $80 for a standard consultation. When I asked the receptionist what was the difference between a short consultation (which is what I thought it would be considering the amount of time I was in there) and a standard consultation she couldn't tell me and said it was "up to the doctor". I told them it was deceptive and it needed to be better explained...I just got blank looks. Then the Medicare machine doing the refund malfunctioned...first time it's ever happened apparently and got told I now have to sort it out at the Medicare office (great). Got the distinct impression this clinic is here to make money as their first consideration and customer care is not a priority. Won't be back."
