"Very happy with the service and value for money for hiring a car at SIXT. Terms and conditions were clearly explained on pick up, vehicle met my expectations and was in excellent condition. Slight oversight with cleanliness, finding a chocolate wrapper and straw wrapper in the vehicle, otherwise overall very clean car. Wait time was minimal on pick up and signage was easy to follow to collect and drop off vehicle. Booking and amending my booking was easy. Will recommend SIXT in the future and book my car here again."

"Friendly staff, had an issue with the fuel tag on the byd, but they were happy for me to pay for charging and they would reimburse me. They certainly came through when I dropped the car back. Will be returning to Sixt, but would have loved a coupon code for a discount on next rental for the minor inconvenience and for being a loyal return customer but was not offered one on asking."

"Rented a BYD electric vehicle for 5 days. It was a really fun experience to drive this car, my teenagers thought it was awesome. The check-in process was easy and the staff so friendly, relaxed and helpful, and importantly, easy to communicate with. My only advice is for others who are inexperienced with the charging process, do your research well ahead as to where the quickest charging points are and how long it will take to charge. I assumed I would be able to charge at my accommodation overnight but because parking was on the road this wasn’t possible."

"Always friendly and helpful staff there. Vehicle is always ready for us. Not cheap to hire a car from any rental company but SIXT is usually a bit cheaper. They have a great variety of different vehicles. We've never had any issues with their vehicles and they've been clean and tidy on pick up. Give SIXT a go."
