About the Business
Welcome to Everyday Independence Melton, located at 48 Unitt Street in Melton, Australia. As an establishment focused on health and physiotherapy, we are a point of interest for individuals seeking therapeutic support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
At Everyday Independence, we believe that the first step towards changing your life is changing how much you expect from it. Our mission is to deliver more change than you ever imagined possible by transforming the way you think about NDIS disability funding outcomes.
For over 25 years, the Everyday Way has been proven to create positive change through a team-based, community approach to therapy. By embracing participants' differences and recognizing our collective responsibility in changing disabling attitudes and environments, we empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Allow us to introduce you to some of the success stories that have emerged from our collaboration with participants. Meet Caleb, an 8-year-old who has achieved remarkable progress working with our dedicated physiotherapist, Rian. Similarly, Christian, a 7-year-old, started his therapy journey with us in February 2022 and has already experienced significant growth under the guidance of his Key Worker, Sinead.
In January 2022, we welcomed Emily, a happy and sociable young individual who loves unicorns, princesses, castles, and playing games. Her therapy journey with Everyday Independence has just begun, and we are excited to support her in reaching her goals.
Our team of change makers is committed to transforming not just careers, but also thinking, attitudes, and outcomes for individuals living with disabilities. If you are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to explore the opportunities available at Everyday Independence today.
In addition to our commitment to individual progress, we also strive to contribute to the larger disability community. We compare and evaluate the most requested assessments, ensuring that our services are the most effective and innovative. We also recognize and celebrate the invaluable contributions of all individuals involved in the NDIS system.
To further enhance your understanding of NDIS functional assessments, we invite you to join our free webinar on 7 September 2023. This lunch 'n' learn session will provide valuable insights and guidance for Support Coordinators and NDIS Service Providers.
Lastly, Everyday Independence acknowledges and respects the traditional owners and custodians of Country, their ongoing connection to the land, waters, and community. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and Elders, both past and present.
We look forward to embarking on a transformative journey with you. Register now for our free webinar and discover the latest and most innovative NDIS functional assessments.

"First of all, I would like to give thanks to Paige. Our Family loves her. , My daughter loved seeing Paige, and it was amazing that she could visit her at Childcare where she needed the most help to be socialised with other kids. Paige was so kind, lovely and understanding. Evertime she visited in our home, my daughter was very happy and excited to see her. We would reccomend her to anyone that needs a key worker!"

"My 4 year old has been seeing his Keyworker Sarah H. for a month now and in such a short space of time she has already helped us implement so much at home and at kinder. The care and compassion she shows for my son is wonderful and I know he is going to thrive having such an amazing Keyworker advocating for and helping him. Thank you so much Sarah H. You’re an angel ❤️"
