"Booked an appointment for melton and got a reminder text that appointment is booked in tarneit . And not helpful at all for my wife 20 weeks ultrasound . And if you ask any logical question to which they have no answer will say you are getting aggresive. Asked the lady my wife have an appointment at hospital for which i need this ultrasound to which she said thats your problem to reschedule so inhumane that lady is ."

"Unfortunately not the first bad experience with this company. But today was the icing on the cake, booked a 9:30 ultrasound for our 3 month old daughter told to arrive 10 minutes early so we did, only for the worker to arrive for work at nearly 10am 30 minutes after our booking proceeded to not let both my wife and I in the room which I found quite distressing as there was another lady presumably an employee that stood in the room and did nothing, further the worker failed to put a mask on whilst being around my wife and daughter. Extremely unprofessional, I will never go back to Wyndham ultrasounds again."
"Totally unprofessional and rude. Was told I was not allowed to bring my kids to the appointment because kids are a “to much of a head case” sent in a text message by the staff notifying to cancel my appointment one hour prior. Totally shocked and these people should be out of business. Dodgy rude and not compassionate at all. Please don’t go here."
"I have my dating scan from Melton branch and in past i had scans from Hoppers crossing branch. Few of my scans are done with Sneha. she is kind heart, well experienced, caring and in depth knowledge regarding her profession. She was very compassionate and very concerned with my comfort.
