"Had my car in for a new bar and blend gaurd job, in and out in a few days with an excellent paint job, Really informative and friendly customer service!!"

"The guard bottoms are painted white on one side and the correct black colour on the other, missing caps in the engine bay on the day of delivery and I have to wait 5 weeks till they order the correct ones for my car because they misplaced them and tried to fit wherever was at hand on the day, after a delay where the mechanic didn't notice the car wasn't running correctly then had to order more parts. Stuff left in the car they didn't get rid of untill I asked what are those when picking the car up, the cap near the shifter was removed for some reason and I had to fit it back, insert for the passenger side door not installed properly. At least the paint is well enough and the engine is running but lots of other small stuff make this mediocre at best. Splash of paint on one of the mirrors black frame. I can understand you are busy but if you are doing something do it well enough at least especially that you had the car for more than 10 days after the initial delivery date and lots of these things you could have gotten while washing it! All stuff you start to notice after you get the car back ... So I would say go over your car before pick up"

"Absolutely the worst service coupled with poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. Had to take my car to another repairer to have the mechanical damage created at motorone repaired. When I first returned the car I was treated like it was my fault the bonnet would now not open. The staff were rude and condescending. The manager was to call me back the next day, 3 months later still waiting. Head office are not much better with my contact ignored. As per the photos the light was not fitted correctly and the booster pipe had been damaged (where it was forcibly pried off) when they attempted to replace the intercooler. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere."

"Was tasked with spraying my car for insurance company. Little to no communication whatsoever on when it would be ready. Sprayed the door the wrong colour. When they finally sprayed the whole car they put over spray on all the newly painted bar work. They had to buff the bar work so hard to try get it out I now have high gloss spots where they have buffed the matt paint. Gave up on trying to have all the issues fixed in the paint as they where hopeless. If you get the choice choose when doing your car take it somewhere else"

"These guys are so great. They really look after you and treat you really well. Very kind and efficient. Staff here are well mannered, presented well and really lovely. Their priority is customer service, this is obvious to me and because of that we will definitely be using them again. Such a great experience with them."
