"Had an assessment at their shop for an insurance claim at the start of February. They said their yard was full and asked us to take the car and would call us in 8-10weeks when we needed to bring it in for repairs. 3 months later our insurer called and said Northside are ready to book a time. We called them straight away and they tell us that they no longer work with our insurer and pretty much it's not their problem. They had our details. The least they could have done is call and tell us so we could try book in somewhere else."
