"Very busy and noisy pub. The meals are good, though a bit strange in some cases."
"A large group of 20 of us rolled along unannounced for Saturday lunch to the Beerwah Hotel. We were quickly accommodated with tables pushed together so we could sit together long banquet style. The menu at the hotel is great as it has a good variety of foods. Of course the usual pub grub - chicken parmigiana, etc but also pizza, quality steaks, a kids menu ...and featuring a lot more seafood than most bistros. This place was a great find and considering we were inland terrificseafood. The entrees and main courses featured scallops, oysters, and prawns. The fish of the day was mackerel that was fresh boneless and yummy. Not all the seafood or fish had to battered and deep fried. Instead scallops with NamJim, oysters Kirkpatrick, coconut crusted prawns and fish crumbed or grilled too. The staff were friendly and patient enthusiastic the large group and the kitchen did a great job of getting all our meals out pretty much at the same time. Happy days. It is a large hotel with many different areas for drinking, playing and dining both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of street parking. Tables were clean, chilled bottles of water and glasses for the tables and decent salt and pepper! Food presentation was lovely, sauces and fresh cut lemon. All these details made for an excellent lunch meeting. A definite recommendation!"

The SEAFOOD SPECTACULAR was just that, one of the best seafood baskets I have ever had, super fresh a well proportioned for a hungry man. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
