"We live in Springfield and have frequented many local restaurants. A friend suggested the Monier. We made a reservation, the Matildas were playing, the inside was very noisy. The receptionist read the situation and asked if we would prefer sitting outside. Wise move! Staff have great customer handling skills. My wife ordered calamari and I ordered snags and mash. We were surprised at the quality of the food. Calamari perfectly cooked , snags served with perfectly cooked vegetables, pumpkin slice and carrots. We were both impressed with the quality and selection of food. Impressive staff and food. We will be back."
"Never disappointed by a visit to the Monier. Staff are always friendly and food always comes out fast, fresh and tasty. We've been here with bigger groups a few times and are always impressed with the food all coming out close together. There's really something for everybody on the menu too."

"1st time here and the overall place presented well. Car parking was plentiful and well lit. Only a short stroll into the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything inside looked clean, neat, modern and family friendly. The dining menu was extensive and varied in a good way above the usual hotel/tavern/pub meals. I had the 300g Pork Rib Cutlet, with sides of vegetables and mash potatoes. The pork was moist, tender and very tasty."
