"100% recommend! My little one loves being able to come play and have a great time! Always clean and well maintained! The staff are always lovely, every time we have visited. There was one visit when my friend and I had a problem with some of the bigger kids being in the under 5’s area and they were being to rough and hurting the younger kids (several parents of younger kids were not happy). The staff tried numerous times to move them to the bigger kid area and spoke to their parents. Sadly the parents were not willing to comply and refused to supervise their children or ensure they are in the correct area. The parents then started mouthing off at my friend and I for reporting them which resulted in us leaving. The manager was so apologetic for what went on, and as we had only been there for a short time she offered us a free return visit. We returned today and the kids had a blast. We really enjoy how clean chipmunks is over other play centres and how age appropriate each area is :) Thank you chipmunks Morayfield, we will continue to be returning customers."

"Terrible experience! We went there on saturday for my kids 3rd birthday and had about 15 other kids come along, firstly there were adults in the play area going down the slide, knocked one of the kids over, management had no control or oversight, there was pee in toddler area which we reported, it took 15 minutes for them to action and close the section. Now for the icing on the cake (pun intended) we had all been buying food from the cafe but also brought some fruit for the kids that they had been happily eating for around 2 hours, we then got a cake out for my son, he was sitting there all excited as we sung happy birthday with all his friends around, the older lady that worked there then came and blew up at us for having external food. Granted this is a rule however we had been eating fruit at the tables for hours with no mention of it, she didnt come over and pull us aside and politely explain instead came over very angry and made her case in front of a 3 year old sitting there excited for his birthday cake. Claiming that its because of dairy allergies they don't allow it, the cake was dairy and gluten free and everything they sell at the cafe contains both allergens so was a ridiculous thing to say. I have no problem if that's the rule but really you're going to act like that in front of a 3 year old on his birthday yet don't care that adults are knocking kids over on the slide or that there is urine in the toddler area? Seriously drive a bit further and go elsewhere this place needs to be shut down or have new staff. The older lady was nowhere to be seen all day until this encounter instead there were teenagers working the desk and even kids helping people in the gate that looked no older than 10. Do you employ child labour?"

"Review update The manager asked me to remove my review and I said I would change it and still give my honest opinion. She then told my friend and I that we are both banned from coming here. Pretty sad management and service. The service is slow, food and drinks are over priced and disgusting and hot stuff is cold. The manager is very rude, and she complained to other people that my table were whingers all because I was unhappy with the drink I got. The place does not get regularly cleaned, my kids stood at the register for 5 minutes before they were served or spoken to. Very unprofessional and bad service, poor excuse for a manager like that who dirty eyes people for wanting a refund."

"Good place to take the kids to burn off some energy. However prices on the board on wrong and need to be updated and party prices are just not worth it. Spent over $200 to basically have access to a room for 1hr that was poorly decorated and so cramped you could barely fit the kids in. Great place to spend a couple of hours but would not recommend having a party there"
