"I normally absolutely love this place, however the past few times we have been has been really lacking service and efficiency. The girl at the checkout took about 20 minutes just to take my order as she has no idea what she was doing (she also served us about a month prior and still had no idea). There was a massive line of people getting frustrated due to this. Once we finally placed our order and waited 30 mins for drinks and food, she didn’t know where our table was as they hadn’t cleaned up any of the tables and didn’t give us a table number. Finally she worked out where we were and then dropped our burger on the floor on the way. We had to wait for them to make us a new meal and weren’t offered anything even a free drink. The food was delicious once we got it though. I would certainly say that they need to hire new staff, as the other lady working on coffee’s seemed very sick with red eyes/nose and kept blowing her nose"

"22.5.2023 Dropped in for a snack at 2.30pm. Bacon & Egg Burger is freshly prepared and delicious. Thanks Elise for the great Coffee! 3.2.2023 Impressive! On arrival I am greeted with a smile and my breakfast order is quickly taken. The large 3-shot Cafe Latte is beautifully poured by Barista Elise and it is intense and full flavoured. This is certainly the best Coffee I have been served at this shopping centre in years! The Super Sunny Side Breakfast is served in 15 minutes. At $23 I would expect a larger serving of Sausages, Hash Browns and Grilled Tomato but every item, especially the Poached Eggs, are perfectly prepared. Overall a very enjoyable Breakfast and I thank the staff, in particular Maddy whose service is exceptional. Highly recommended!"

"BEST BURGERS IN BRISBANE If you're looking for the best burgers in Brisbane, look no further than this place! From the first bite, you'll be blown away by the delicious flavors and perfect texture of these burgers. Don't believe me? My husband has had THREE in two days. We don’t even like burgers, we got one for our daughter the first day and then tried hers. Highly recommend the southern chicken burger and the beef burger. You simply have to try them for yourself to understand why I’m saying they’re the best. All those expensive burger places in town and this little gem is here pumping out delicious reasonably priced food. This is where you need to be."

"Ordered the truffle burger, it was simply excellent. The choice of ingredients and cooking were on point, a juicy medium rare interior, soft scrambled, grilled mushroom and overall a very good burger. Pricing was quite reasonable, but more expensive than nearby competitors (such as burger pl8). The side (fries) was similarly excellent - glassy, crunchy exterior, pillow soft inside. Again, very good. Service was good too - warned us our order would be delayed, allowed us to defer dine-in till finished. The only downside is the lack of dietary options - no gluten free or vegan buns. Consider adding potato buns to your inventory to cover both issues at once. 4/5 but giving 5/5 to offset some of the review-bombing Karen's."
