"Not even worth a single star! Not delivered on prearrange date by Startrack, then sent back to Sydney after taking time off from work which cost me a day's pay. Two cards placed in letter box with two different locations. Drove two days later to Cranbourne location as per card details and was advised this package is not there. Asked for refund from seller."

When I looked at the picture taken by the driver through the Auspost app, I saw that The courier driver delivered my package to a completely different house, on a different street, but same suburb, the only similarity was the unit number. I phoned the customer service line, first agent hung up on me, second agent kept loudly sighing at me. This company is a joke."
