"Family Aquatics have helped both of my children to be less afraid and more confident in the water. The staff are super caring and I can't recommend them enough!"
"I can highly recommend family aquatic, my son has been coming to the venue for 2 years. And family aquatic took over 12 months ago, the new owners have made us feel like family."
"Great family swim centre! Instructiors are friendly, informative and have made us feel safe having our daughter in the pool. Fees are reasonable, added bonus of towel, bag and swimming cap on joining and best part is all indoors and heated pool. So glad this is where oir daughter gets to do her lessons each week."
"We can't reccommend Family Aquatics highly enough! Our 4yr old daughter has been there from the start and is a confident and capable swimmer! I can't praise the amazing, patient, experienced teachers enough. It really has a 'family' feel."
"We had an awful experience with this Swimming School and are now out of pocket for twelve lessons at a cost of $200 with the franchise refusing to give us a refund, we only received a couple of the lessons we paid for. This booking of 12 weeks, according to their website guarantees the agreed time slot that has been booked each week. The school goes really quiet in the winter so they try to combine classes. We were put into a lesson that was too complicated for our child’s age. The teacher told us that she said to management that this would not work. This resulted in us just standing in the pool with nothing to do for two lessons. We were then asked to join a class at another time that we were not able to attend due to other commitments. Weeks past and despite several emails from us (which took from several days to 2 weeks for a reply) Jump would not continue the lessons on the day and time that we originally agreed and paid for. They said it is not financially viable for them to run a class for one student so we asked for a refund. We were told that it would be sorted but we never received the refund. We contacted them again to ask what the status of our refund was and they replied saying they did not issue refunds. All of our emails and phone calls were professional and amicable. Despite informing them of their own website policy and legislation which supported us getting a refund they still refused to provide one. Our email address has since been blocked by them. I feel that we have been treated unfairly and would not advise anyone to use this company as there are many local swimming lesson suppliers such as Genesis School, Albany Creek and more."
