"This place is an utter joke never experienced so much drama with an online course! Course has been paid for in FULL. I had requested an extension as their online portals changed and I never received notification to be told I need to pay per wk or month depending on how long I needed. Cannot have more than one signature on a document without mentor certificates. Received automated emails at 8pm saying everything hasn't been submitted when I clarified before end date that it had been but rhey have very vauge submission course details! Received emails saying no FIRST AID SUPPLIED when it's not even mandatory for my course! But cause me to panic 2 days before the end of my course! As noone confirms before emailing students.... I have asked for a refund and an esculation point twice now with no valid response. Will attach emails between myself and a trainer/ assessor claiming that I'm being aggressive while I being sent smart arse responses to my questions! I will be taking further action!"
