The reading text and information is very thorough, great information about animal care at the beginning and going into grooming further along. I like the structure of the course; you have to follow in sequence and modules are locked until module prior is completed. Platform (learning lounge) is easy to use and has a simple, eye catching layout. The videos are also really good; short, informative and to the point. Customer service and mentor support has been great and have sorted out any issues as they arise very quickly and easily which has been fantastic.
