"I recently purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from Jeff at the Redcliffe store of Knudsen's Betta Home Living. He was very helpful from the initial ordering of appliances, sourcing the items and the final delivery, even down to arranging for the installation. Due to supply/transport constraints (impacted by COVID), delivery of the goods was affected and waiting times were extended. Jeff was very pro-active in contacting the suppliers for any updated status. When three out of four of the items ordered arrived in store, he sourced a more superior model to the unavailable item and was able to negotiate with his manager a very good price so that it did not blow out my budget.
