"My mother entered your store over the weekend requesting some syringes as advised by her doctor for her fertility stims . Instead was belittled in front of other customers by the lady at the back counter who was quite old with orange like hair. The lady then explained what my mother was after was called a “fit pack” yelling this across dispensary with no discretion, not once but again when my mother didn’t understand what she meant. She was treated as though she was some vile creature of society, paired with a look up and down. Absolutely disgusted in the professionalism of this lady as I myself am a manager of a Chemist Warehouse and would try to embarrass and belittle a customer who was wanting such product. "On Easter Saturday my friend and I popped into this store the pick up some cheap bandaids. There were heaps to choose from but some of the prices were ridiculous. However we moved along the shelves and came to some more versatile ones for our use. We chose a pack with a ticket under it for $3.39 which suited us fine. When we go to the checkout the lady said it's $3.99 and we questioned her and told her the ticket said $3.39. And very rudely she said well the ticket must belong to a different size packet because they're $3.99. We told her that was not good enough, she was very very rude so we told her we would never shop there again. Do you know what she said? Good! My point here is this a case of what management direct staff to say. How many times if you're buying a few items would you question the prices. You think you're paying $3.9 and you're being charged $3.99 pretty good profit I think."
