"Sausage in my scambled egg chorizo was burnt and tasted bitter Also called up three times but there were no one answering bc apparently we're busy so they hung up on me Used to love gyg but always hv to wait for my pick up order even if i order it 30min prior and select the time i want to pick up online . Understandable that it gets busy around lunch time but estimate pick up time should be more accurate."

"Always takes more than 30 minutes to get my food. Ordered at 12.38pm through the app. Picked up at 1.10pm. Very disappointing for what's considered fast food service. The rice wasn't cooked properly as there were bits of pieces rice that were half cooked. Would not recommend buying from this particular gyg unless you have plenty of time to wait."

"This time I could not stop myself from leaving a bad review,i always order regular chicken bowl with avacado pickle etc,this time there were just 2 pieces of shreded chicken and was just filled with rice and beans.I ordered jalapenos but it was not added had to go back to make them add Last time again, the chicken was minimal, and there were no jalapenos even after ordering extra. I'm paying extra money but still not getting the proper service,very disappointed"

"I hate leaving bad reviews because I know the people at this establishment work hard to deliver the best service they can however I ordered a mini burrito bowl today at about 12:15 with lots of extras( chicken, tomato/onion and sauce) but apart from extra cheese and added guacamole(I didn’t order) it looks exactly like a normal one. It’s a real shame when what you order is not delivered."

"I don’t like leaving reviews but I really have to this time. I placed my order online and the app said ready at 12:15pm, I knew it wouldn’t be ready at that time because it’s peak lunch time especially with the subway closed at the moment, but after waiting 40mins I had to ask about my order because all the numbers around me were called but not mine. The man asked my number and what I got and I replied with spicy beef nachos but before I could tell him the extras I ordered and paid for he went to the back. I assumed that he was going to print out the receipt to see exactly what I ordered but he came back and handed me my food, just plain beef nachos. Props to the man for making my food but I paid for lettuce and extra black beans along with coriander (free, but still). I understand that it was busy but losing orders and not reprinting receipts to check the details isn’t great. I was going to go back and say something, but I order online to avoid talking to people because of my social anxiety, and I was shaking enough as it was when inquiring about my meal. Will I order from you guys again? Yeah but definitely not anytime soon."
