"This is an overdue review to applaud Adam & the team. Read on. I have had my car's services done for 2 years in a row. In Mercedes/AMG terms, the A and B services along with preventative maintenance (extra oil change, rear diff oil and brake fluids replacements). My car, as usual came out with a clean bill of health and this was backed up by Mercedes electronic diagnostic reports which Adam & the team delivered transparently to me thus this is a big plus for owners who really care about their machines. I am picky with who works on my AMG A45 (facelift with full options) as I do not want to have to deal with any defects/breakdowns. Finding this place after the dealership lost its fleet of certified & experienced AMG technicians has been more than a blessing. Their knowledge on what needs to be done as part of preventative maintenance was sound, reasonable and transparent reflective of the fact that they do know the 4MATIC system and engine characteristics of my A45. In both services, my doubts were put to rest as soon as I spoke with Adam who made sure an OCD car owner like myself was given the assurance that everything was done to Mercedes AMG specifications. He delivered results as promised for 2 years in a row and in my books, for many years to come. Collectively, Adam and his team were not only knowledgeable but were flexible with my pickup and drop off arrangements.
