"When people need to replace their car's glass, it's usually because their car was either broken into or due to some incident. People are upset and there's a sense of urgency with this. Saying you'll "provide a quote soon" and leaving them hanging is not the way to go. Never heard back. Some other business responded rightaway and despite being from the Northern suburbs as opposed to being 5 mins away like these guys got the business instead. I wish i could review 5 stars like some of the others."
