"While I was happy with my car’s repair and the staff were friendly, the communication from the store was non-existent. I went here through RACV insurance. I had my car assessed and they told me they were unable to repair the car at that time, and would call me when they could. Following the assessment, I never received a call to tell me my car was ready to be repaired. I spent literally hours on hold over the next week trying to get through with very little success. Only once was my call picked up, and I could tell they had completely forgotten about my claim. They took 2 weeks to fix my car which I thought was a very long time, but they assured me it was only due to the Easter break. I then did not receive any updates on my car, the repairs they were conducting or when it would be ready to be picked up. I spent way too much time on hold just trying to find out when my car would be ready to be picked up. After 16 DAYS, I rung RACV insurance who contacted Motorserve for me. They claimed my car would be ready for the following day and that they have been trying to contact me. This was obviously upsetting as I had not been contacted by Motorserve once throughout the entire claim, and very fishy that my car was suddenly repaired once RACV contacted them on my behalf. I would call to give them this feedback instead of leaving a poor review, but they won’t pick up the phone."
