"Did a repair through RACV following a crash, the repair took over a month, made me wait for 50 minutes in the waiting room to pick it up when they said it would be ready by 11AM. Rubbish was left in the car when I got it back. Customer service rep was rude about taxi vouchers for no reason and the battery died literally the next day which they could have warned me about."
