"Do not use this business as a parcel point drop off. I dropped off a return worth hundreds of dollars more than a month and half ago. The package sat there for weeks. At first I was understanding, but I kept needing to follow up week after week and nothing has happened. The most recent information (more than a fortnight ago) is that this package is finally on its way and received a tracking number. But according to Aus Post, nothing has been scanned in yet. Therefore, I'm lead to believe THEY have lost (or worse) a package worth a few hundred dollars."
